There's 2 simple tweaks you really ought to do Briz that would make a difference to the handling of all your cars.
Set your tyre pressures to 29psi front & 28psi rear. Also adjust the Brake Bias 60% front and Brake pressure to 110%.
There are very few exceptions where this doesn't improve the handling unless you want to drift, then put up the rear pressures to over 35psi.
